Flag Football 2014 Picture Schedule

 This is a high energy, high participation league for boys and girls. A fast action game that lets everyone throw, everyone run and catch, and play defense. Six on six non-contact flag football on shorter fields. Emphasis is on fundamentals, learning, meeting friends, and fun! 

Grades/days played: (2014-2015 school year) 
    • 1st/2nd Grades: Wednesdays 
    • 3rd/4th Grades: Mondays 

Starts: Coaches meeting will be held on August 25, 2014. Games start September 3, 2014 for the 1st/2nd grade league and September 8, 2014 for the 3rd/4th grade league, 7 games season.

Time: 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. rotating times. Last two weeks will start at 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. 

Where: Smith Fields Park (200 E. 13400 S. in Draper) as well as other parks in Draper depending on registration enrollment. 

Leagues: 6 on 6, 9-10 players per team

Cost: $42. Includes uniform top, pictures, awards, equipment, operations, and 7 games. 

Registration: May 13, 2014 - July 22, 2014 (or until full, limited space) 
Registrations received after July 22, 2014 will be charged a $10 late fee per participant if space allows.

Online registration is available for individual registrations only; link is on the top right of this page. Registration may also be done in person at the Draper Parks & Recreation Office (1020 E. Pioneer Rd., second floor). If you are registering with a friend or as a team, registration must be done in person and all registration forms brought in together and attached. If you are registering with four or more requests or as a team, a team roster must also be submitted with the registration forms and a head coach listed (see below for forms).

Team Formation: Teams will be formed according to public elementary school (Canyon District) boundaries or preferred school choice as much as possible. Those wishing to request friends to be on the same team must register in person and staple registration forms together. Registrations with four or more requests require a volunteer coach and the pre-formed team roster to be filled out and brought in with registrations. 

Please do not make requests to play on a team or with a specific player online as they may not be seen and are not guaranteed. If making requests, you must do so in person with all forms together. Thank you!

Program Registration Refund Policy:
  • A $10.00 bookkeeping fee is non-refundable for each program/registration.
  • Refund requests made before the registration period/deadline has ended will receive a full refund minus the $10.00 bookkeeping fee.
  • After the registration period/deadline has ended, a refund of 50% of program fee will be offered.
  • No refunds will be offered once the program has started, beginning with the first class, first lesson, coaches meeting, etc.
