On the request of Drew Parcel, representing DC Joint Ventures for approval of a Site Plan and Plat Amendment for approximately 2.16 acres located at approximately 839 East Pioneer Rd. The property is currently zoned TC. The applicant is requesting that a Site Plan be approved for a parking lot addition at the Draper Cove development. Additionally the applicant is requesting that a Plat Amendment be approved to remove two of the commercial units on the approved plat to allow for interior access to the new parking lot area and to amend the common area on the plat to include the new parking lot.
On the request of Pace CM representing Rasmussen Family Limited Partnership for approval of a site plan and plat amendment located at approximately 12197 S. 300 East. The site plan is for a proposed charter school. The proposed charter school is for grades K-12 and is anticipated to have a maximum enrollment of 1,000 students. The amended plat would create two lots, one 6.11 acre site for the school and 2.64 acres for a future commercial development.
